Aluminium frame and polyester mesh self tensioning system that allows uniformity in tensions over multicolour screens. Also allows re-tensioning during print run. Frames and meshes are made to customer size requirements.

Frame Remeshing (Qld, SA , WA Only)

Customer frames can be remeshed with high quality Saatilene Hi tech mesh by the Sericol frame remeshing service.
All mesh grades and specifications as required. Using solvent resistant screen adhesives.

Autopaste

Autopaste is a straw coloured aqueous paste containing a strong alkali degreasing agent, based on sodium hydroxide.

Autoprep Gel

Mesh Preparation Gel

Autoprep Gel is grey coloured abrasive paste for mesh treatment. None of the components are considered hazardous when used for the stated application.

Universal Mesh Prep

considered to be non-hazardous when used according to the instruction for the stated applications.
